Is completion certificate required for a villa inside a gated community in Bangalore? How about occupancy certificate?
Q: Also, at what time (upon building completion/before registration/before moving in) should these certificates be obtained from the builder?

Latest Answer: When an owner purchases an apartment from the builder, he should obtain a copy of the CC from the builder when he is taking possession of the said unit.
