I am planning to book A5 wings of Rohan Abhilasha, Wagholi, Pune.They quoted me Rs.3700/sq-ft.
Q: Can someone tell is this rate in Rohan Abhilasha is good or bad for this project? I am hoping for the launch they will increase the rates by at least 5%.

Hi friend!!! Rohan Abhilasha, WAgholi, Pune is offering 4050/sq-ft. for 2BHK now. It seems that project is getting good appreciation in 18 months. 1.5 yrs. back it was Rs.3700/sq-ft.
There is no water supply by PMC. water supply is from bhima river. River water is never a source of drinkinng water.
