Q: Hi, I have booked flat at ACME OZONe ASHWOOD BUILDING & RECENTLY GONE THROUGH DRAFT AGREEMENT. THE AGREEMENT GIVES REFERENCE TO MMRDA RENTAK HOUSING PROJECT COMPLETION LINKED TO COMPLETE HANDOVER OF ASHWOOD AND OAKWOOD. ANY ONE HAS ANY FEEDBACK ON THIS ISSUE.PLEASE PASS ON

Well, this seems like a late reply to this thread but still want to highlight couple of points. Acme is a well known brand as we all know. Possession delays is very normal with all builders, the best part is Acme had given possession almost on time. Also what eventually matters is the future of the property which is in Acme's safe hands. All the issues has been resolved way back. I'm an owner of a flat in Ozone & as per my discussion with their Sales team the possession was on time.Well, this seems like a late reply to this thread but still want to highlight couple of points. Q: Please share some thoughts on investment in GB road. This seems to be a good project.

I think we should also consider Ulwe as an upcoming investment area mainly due to the new airport coming up.
