I am searching the price trend in Avadi. I knew the prices mentioned on Magicbricks etc but all are indicative. I want to buy a 1BHK or 2BHK in a high rise in Chennai North - Avadi. Should be ready to move and should only be a high rise group housing society, not a builder floor.
