The concept of buying an apartment started when I was struggling with my PGs problems. Staying in a PG is the best idea when you’re living alone in an unknown city as you get roommates to stay with but not a very great idea for the people living in the region like Delhi-NCR because it is very costly with zero facilities and you just need to compromise. Some PGs might be offering best facilities but unfortunately I didn’t get one to live in. I kept on changing and within a year I have changed 4 PGs which made me very frustrated as the more I tried to get closer to my office, I paid more rent and the facilities kept degrading. Finally, wandering here and there, I decided to get my own apartment no matter if it is 1BHK or 2BHK as I was in desperate need of my own room without any hassle. Going through many real estates, schemes and deals, online and offline, one of my mate suggested SIKKA to me.
