Hi, Even I am thinking of investing in the House of Hiranandani projects, I have been to a few of these projects like Bayview, Anchorage, Amalfi, Sinovia, Edina when I was home searching for my family. Most of these project offer great view of the Bay of Bengal situated nearby. Also, they offer superior amenities like swimming pool, fully equipped gyms, Jacuzzi spa, jogging tracks, squash and badminton courts, snooker pool, tennis courts, children’s play area, cafes, schools, refreshment zones, etc. For education, there are schools with CBSE and IB curriculum. You can also visit the extensive library. Being an avid reader, I love this particular part. I am thinking of investing in these apartments in omr, most probably in the Sinovia project. Here all the apartments are decked with contemporary bathroom fittings, designer kitchen area, and exclusive Pooja room. There are three elevators for the four apartments per floor.
