This is a old thread, but still want to share my bad experience with surya elevators. So far three of surya lifts have been installed in our apartment at Horamavu Bangalore. All the three lifts have been malfunctioning. The sensors don't work, the carriage does not align with the door, the door of the lift gets jammed. Worst product.
