Invest in a plot in LG Rose Heritage .
Q: A representative from LG called me and asked if i am interested to invest in a plot in the 4 acres of extended land of LG Rose Heritage [ actual 80 acres] near Hennur , North Bangalore . Can anyone suggest if this is worthy? I was told it's a 40x60 land and 1800/-sq ft which is negotiable.B khata land

Latest Answer: It is advisable to go for properties having A Khatha as in case of B Khatha you are not entailed to have building license, trade licence or loan from banks or any other financial transactions. B Khata is a temporary measure which will allow you to buy or sell a site, but you will face problems when you go for construction.
