How many have got their money refunded from Jaypee? They claim to be refunding in instalments.
Q: Booked in 2009. Tower 56. Been following up regularly but to no avail. Decided to ask for refund in the beginning of his year 2016 as advised by their officials. Post the request, they have stopped all interactions. What is the way out now?

Hi, I know of 2 other people (3 cases so far) who are in the situation where the tower was never built, and have asked for refund. As S Ghosh said, Jaypee is not responding to our queries. If there are others like S.Ghosh, we should make a group to fight them through legal channels together.
