How to handle BPTP , a non performing builder
Q: BPTP has stopped progress after taking 80% money from customers on their project Park Spacio at sector 37 D in Gurgoan. Every time you ask , they give stereo type reply that the contractor has run away and work will commence in few months time . looks they have diverted the funds and now simply misguiding the customers . Is their any way to handle such incompetent and cheater builder .

Hi Jyotika, Im stuck with BPTP for more almost 4 years. Paid Rs 75 lacs for BPTP visionairre villa (30% payment). COnstruction not started for my unit. They are not willing to refund even the principal amount and asking for 15% deduction which is 45 lacs. My contact is 7042295182
