Plaaning to buy a flat from Unishire projects. But happen to see few reviews from customers pointing out the troubles and faults with the builders regarding land , refunding and so on... Need to get a true picture about the builder. Hoping for some advice.

Unishire is cheater.their Wynn towers or Elan are still in pre-launch stage.its 420 company I have audio records of this company holding payment of customers. If you visit the site they put as proposed project and collect money. Now if u go Wynn towers they have come with new plan of single bed room 2bhk and 3 Bhuj.as 1bhk is affordable they can cheat customer by collecting huge money. Pls message me on wien_s2001@yahoo.co.in I can provide evidence how they cheat you. I am one of the victim of this company.
Well said Ford, had a tough time with them. Happy that I was they victim for just 1 year and some how escaped. Wynn Tower is not yet approved, but they started cheating long back with this project.
