Hi...we invested with Commander Gateway ,Jupiter Builders 2 years back.
Q: The builder keeps telling us that they await CIDCO approval and have no uodate on when they can start construction.We want to invest in Panvel but fear losing our booking amount as there is no sight oon the way forward.Is there any way we can understand the progress by ourselves and then take a call on what to do next?

Hi, Any Update on progress of this project i.e. Commanders' Gateway at Panvel, I also have applied for the same and have not heard anything about its progress.....Is there an option of getting refund for all that has been paid till now. Please update of any information available with anybody about the project.
