We have met with advocate and it is clear from meeting with advocate that the formation of the registered association is must for strong legal action with builder. Lets meet this coming Saturday to discuss and decide further. For that we will make a membership application form and can collect some amount as membership fee. Since 14 people agreed for this meeting and only 7 people turned up. I am requesting you all to have full participation whenever we agree on it and we should make our strength more strong.

Hi Harsh,
You have invested with one of the worst builder of Delhi-NCR. All of their projects are delayed by 5-7 yrs. Lots of fraud cases have been filed in consumer court. Those who have booked their flats 7 yrs back, still waiting for their flat possession. Better, cancel the booking and ask for the refund.

According to me, you should join WhatsApp Group or commonfloor group and take the legal action in a group. Filing legal case in a group will impact a lot and you can expect the judgement soon.
