For those who have opted to purchase flat from SI beware. Don't fall into the trap of this builder. Theie main intention is to cheat and not give possession to flat in time. All the projects are still pending. And they do not have any intention of completing. Those who have already invested are taken for a ride. SI is presently a sinking ship and capsize any time with all your hard earned money. The manager incharge trivandrum and his people are siphoning the money somewhere and are not completing any of their budding in the city. Those who have already invested in green hill height, Kempton manor and the upcoming projects beware fdo not get cheated. You better enquire with the other flat owners of this builder and you can know the real facts
Hi I am Sujith. Wanted to inquire if anyone has already invested in SI Homes Ferntree project Trivandrum for which the construction is underway at snails speed. The possession date committed and in doc was July 2016...The demonetisation done by our own PM could be the latest excuse in the delay...Request members to please share any status you have on this since this seems the only project under SI homes in Trivandrum after the split with SI Properties.Thanks.
Hi Sujith, We have purchased a flat in Ferntree heights. Every time we go to see the work, there is nothing going on. He gave us date of Dec 2017 and now their website shows Nov 2018. Let us try to find out more owners of this property and think about the possibility of filing a case together.
