Beware of this builder! I had booked a villa as part of a project of the same name in Kalady near Sankara College. All promises of common amenities have been broken. 9 years after booking the property, I am left with a house accompanied by several ruins in a huge plot of barren land where I cannot even imagine moving in with my family!
