Q: For those who have opted to purchase flat from SI beware. Don't fall into the trap of this builder. Theie main intention is to cheat and not give possession to flat in time. All the projects are still pending. And they do not have any intention of completing. Those who have already invested are taken for a ride. SI is presently a sinking ship and capsize any time with all your hard earned money.
