Hi guys ....its been more than 2 years and still they do not have approval from GDA and also I had confirmed with GDA they r not going to get approval in future too, so its time to go and take your money back else you r going to loose you money.. after lots of struugle I got the cheque from them but its getting bounced as they do not have money in their account so.....i will request to all come with me and firstly do file police complain against cheating. if any one interested you can write to me on .. verma.arnab@gmail.com else me alone going for ploice complain and do file crimnal case againgst cheque bounce.

Now they would like to execute the builder buyer agreements as soon as possible so that there no further delay in their project delivery plans. Soon you will receive a call from our office detailing your schedule for builder buyer agreement and other related formalities. They thanked you all for being with them and they assure you best of their services in coming times.
It is important to note that MJ Homes have mentioned the letter number and date of the GDA approval letter. Any one can get its copy from GDA through RTI.
