Hi All, I would like to request the current residents of Sonestaa Iwoods to please provide me few inputs related to Project legal approval, Project Completion status, Amenities, quality of construction and point of contact to get the best price within my budget.

Hi Ajay, I bought a flat in Sonestaa Iwoods Apratment last year. It has approval from all leading banks such as SBI, LIC, HDFC etc. Project work is almost completed and many families are staying in few blocks. Amenties work such as Gym, Party Hall, Skating area, Children play area etc are completed.
