Continuing... 4. The high tension electric line runs right over the proposed tennis court and is within 60ft of the appartment. This is a big blocker. I am pretty sure OC will not be provided to this building just for this reason let alone for any deviations. Also they did not answer to the question on having a CC commencement certificate. 5. The owners share of apartment is currently sold at a negotiated rate of around 3900 psqft. So plz do not fall prey to tye aggressive and bullying sales office attitude. The rates have only come down from what it had been in last two years. This might be due to its knowledge that it doesn't have clear bbmp or bda approvals on oc n cc. I did not get to A katha as i was already disinterested and apprehensive abt the project. 6. The building quality is not top notch. It is mediocre. I would suggest a visit to manna karmel and see the finish. They have exactly the same materials used and exact same design availablr at half the price.
