Hi All, I would like to request the current residents of Sonestaa Iwoods to please provide me few inputs related to Project legal approval, Project Completion status, Amenities, quality of construction and point of contact to get the best price within my budget.

Hello Ajay,
I went to Sonesta iWoods last weekend and checked with the occupants over there about the quality of their houses.
All are satisfied with the quality , branded items being used and they are stating that builder is keeping all his promises except a bit delay in completion of all the Amenities. But so far except swimming pool many amenities are completed. Swimming pool is in progress.
I went to marketing office and discussed with Srinivas who nicely explained me about the project.I am looking forward to book a flat this weekend.
