Q: What is the status of the project and approvals?

My comments to replies
Absolutely thugs, never go to them, They are very good in their lies and convincing you to get the sale and construction agreement signed, they have been fooling hardworking people for more than 5 years on this project and eating on their money. This project is never going to complete . They keep sending false promises to their loyal customers and cheated them.
Mittal Builder are the cheater. They have cheated 100+ people. Never ever go for it.
