Hi, Regarding the Maple meadows in Chikkagubbi, can anyone please share the legal points about this layout. Like if its only approved by gram panchayat or even approved by DTP. Is this layout safe to buy and construct the house. If I buy from the previous owner do I have to contact the Developer for any clearance or approval. Appreciate if anyone can kindly share the info. Hi Vinod, Did you finally buy the plot recently in 2017/18 in this layout. If yes can you share the details like if all the documents are correct, what type of Katha, etc. Thanks for sharing your info. Regards Kishen
