Have you purchased flat from builder southern investment (SI)
Q: For those who have opted to purchase flat from SI beware. Don't fall into the trap of this builder. Theie main intention is to cheat and not give possession to flat in time. All the projects are still pending. And they do not have any intention of completing. Those who have already invested are taken for a ride. SI is presently a sinking ship and capsize any time with all your hard earned money. The manager incharge trivandrum and his people are siphoning the money somewhere and are not completing any of their budding in the city. Those who have already invested in green hill height, Kempton manor and the upcoming projects beware fdo not get cheated. You better enquire with the other flat owners of this builder and you can know the real facts

I booked a flat with Si in ekm Levantine heights. Paid over 80% and no work is being done at the project since 2016 May. They completed full 13 floor skeleton and took most of my money. SI Laventine Project delays
Q: I have booked a flat with SI Lavantine Heights in Cheranallur, kochi. Now SI have delayed by a year and presently it will take another 1 year to complete that too if they start their work now. please contact me on my whatapp up or my email if anyone booked from the same flat and interested to join me for further discussions with the owner and initiate legal proceedings.
