Fit-out possession of flat in Avenue I, Global City, Virar - Should we accept it?
Q: Hello All...We have a flat in Avenue I, global City virar. This month we are being offered 'fit-out possession' in lieu of final payment. My question is how it can be different from actual possession? Should we accept it? Do we have an option to reject it and wait? Thanks.

Thanks Rakshit and Rajesh...but then are we legally in a position to hold last payment and reject their offer till they give final possession?
I have bought a flat in Global City Virar Avenue I,for the investment purpose. I got the letter for FIT out possession earlier but I refused taking the delivery of the flat without OC. Our flat agreement is shit, we can't even complain to any authority or bodies. Moreever, there is no price appreciation in last five years. Question is, how long we have to wait for getting the OC? Whom should we approached to either return our money with interest or give us the OC?
