How to handle BPTP , a non performing builder
Q: BPTP has stopped progress after taking 80% money from customers on their project Park Spacio at sector 37 D in Gurgoan. Every time you ask , they give stereo type reply that the contractor has run away and work will commence in few months time . looks they have diverted the funds and now simply misguiding the customers . Is their any way to handle such incompetent and cheater builder .

I have invested in BPTP Aistaire Gardens, Sec. 70 A Gurgaon. with 90% payment made, the possession is no where in sight. Visited the site today, and the work is stand still as it was 6 months ago when I visited last. Only some cosmetic work seems to have been done.
