Feedback on Sairung developers.
Q: Sairung developers is asking to pay heavy maintenance to keep one security at their sites where they have sold land plots to customers. Please be aware on this.

I was looking for a plot in Hinjewadi as I work there . And then I heard about Sairung . I booked a plot in Sairung . The project is huge, more than 120 acres . The constructions are superb . It is the only developer giving 5 years emi option in Hinjewadi in a proposed residential zone area . I have been very happy with their service and maintenance of the project .
