Q: Looking to buy new property, please guide me what all documents should be there with builder before we book.

Very worst customer support, there will not be anyone to hear your concerns after giving the initial payment. You will be forced to pay the money on time. If not, you will be threatened to pay the extra fine with intrest. As said above lifts are very poor, switched are very very poor. Tiles inside the bathroom are very worst, even a small builder will give a respect to the Customer. You will not allowed to contact the Custmer Reporting Manager CRM. Everything need to be discussed to the sales person only. I bring treated like a beggar.
