Hello all, We too have booked a flat in 2014 in Azziano G wing. We were promised possession in Dec2016 but we checked it out today, and 10 months later, they are nowhere near completion. They have tentatively given us a few dates. Dec 2017 is when they plan to apply for OC and Jan2018 is when they say they will give out possession for wings F, G, H ... devoid of the podium and clubhouse for which they intend to unfailingly charge us in the full and final demand. The massive waste of our funds notwithstanding, our agreement contracts allow them 12 months of grace period post the promised date of Dec 2016 post which we are entitled to a refund and compensation. What do your agreement contracts say.
