I think one should always try and buy new apartments if it is available and within budget since the hassles with buying a new property is always less and you get a good value for money and better ROI than a resale flat. There are many new residential projects near Banerghatta i.e. DS Max Stonescape, SLV Roshan Enclave & Mahindra Lifespaces Windchimes. All the three projects are good and have a USP factor about them. Do check out all the three properties and any other if I have missed out.
