Feedback on Sairung developers.
Q: Sairung developers is asking to pay heavy maintenance to keep one security at their sites where they have sold land plots to customers. Please be aware on this.

I am the HR of a Company, I was looking for a property near by Hinjewadi in Pune. Through the Ads, I got to know about this property called Sairung City, which is built by Sairung Developers. The land was very well developed. Keeping the location, maintenance and the space in mind, we finalized to purchase plot. I would like to appreciate the team of Sairung Developers, they are highly professional, very well understands the need of their clients and are always be ready to provide the best to their clients. We entered into an agreement which was again a very smooth process without any fuss and 100% cooperation from them.
