Q: Dear All, Anybody has a opinion when a letter of allotment would be issued. Understand it is only issued after CC is received. Request anybody who has booked in uptown kandivili to try join the hemani owners group for a common forum and latest updates. rgds/ansuman

Hi, I am in New Zealand and also booked a Flat in Uptown . Every time I called the Office and asked about the Progress in CC ( Compliance Certificate) they said it would be cleared very soon by the authorities.The delay was due to the change of Officials in the Sanctioning Authorities.I don't know what is the inside story. If anybody knows please share it in this forum. Gopal Koli, Auckland

Could K Hemani explain how the project will be completed till December 18. They are still waiting for CC to comence with.
