Akshar Green World Airoli Possession Date
Q: Hi - Does anyone know the expetected possession date for Akshar Green World, Airoli? The Builder has already taken 88% of the due amount, and has recently sent the letter for another 4% against club house completion (even though the clubhouse is still under construction).

Hi Ankur, As you know that as per new RERA guidelines if a project is under construction then the builder will have to register it under MAHARERA. And once the registration is done under MAHARERA, then the builder is bound to give possession on the said date. As per their website, possession date is December 2017. And if the builder is unable to hand over the possession on the said date, then they have to pay penalty at the rate of 10 percent.
Hi Shobha - Thanks for the information. However, can you help me locating the this information on MAHARERA website? The information I found said December 2019 as the proposed completion date.
