Q: I am staying in life republic and they dont have the dedicated internet service provide and i have requested connection 20 days back and after multiple follow ups they say that he cant say at what time he can come. Please have some competitor service provider ,they are useless and dont work ethically

Hi Heena, I would like to suggest you to go with both the project according to your choice as both projects are MAHARERA approved and if there is any delay on possession then builder has to pay delay compensation with interest. So, its your choice now.
I would have to say location wise Wagholi is way better for sure. But instead of investing in Ganga Adhira, I would also suggest you to take a look at Ravinanda Towers by Ravinanda Landmarks. They are one of the most trusted developers in Pune. Moreover, the project is a mixed-use development which means that it comprises of both residential and commercial spaces which is always a bonus for anybody looking to buy a new home. You will find everything you need within an arms reach. It is very close to the Kharadi EON IT Park so your office is also close by and whenever you decide to go shopping you can always head over to Phoenix Mall. Overall, Ravinanda Towers gives you a much better deal than any other project in the vicinity.

Q: I want to buy 2 bhk for residential purpose . i finalize two projects 1.aishwaryam courtyard chikhali 2.twin tower shardha spaces wakad near bhumkar chowk . i am confuse between these two which one should i buy in term of locality, resell value ,connectivity ,area .IN chikhali i am getting 2 bhk in 44 lakhs and same price i got 1 bhk in wakad . actually i am unable to decide where should i invest my money which will fruitful to me please suggest me also need review on both builder.

Hi Harshal, Chikhali, located very close to the industrial zones and IT hubs, is one of the rapidly developing suburban areas in Pune. The area has good civic amenities and is very well-connected to other parts of the city. Nearby localities include many famous areas such as Chinchwad, Pimpri, Pimple Gurav, Bhosari, Sangvi, etc. As a result, there has been a surge in the demand for residential apartments in Chikhali, being one of the noted suburbs of Pune. Due to the appearance of various IT majors and other multi-national corporations, Chikhali witnessing a rapid influx of working population from outside. There are a few major roads which run through the area, i.e., Pune-Nashik Road, Mumbai-Pune Expressway, etc.

Hello Shekhar, Pride Purple Park Ivory, Wakad, Pune is located at a distance of 55 mtr from Aundh-Ravet BRTS Road. There is an internal road passing through the Park Ivory which further leads to Aundh-Ravet BRTS Road.
