We (me and one of my friend) have been to Asset Elvira (taken over by CoEvolve) and booked 2 Flats. But later realised that their construction quality is very poor. You can see 10000s of cracks every where and low quality materials are used. Also I would like to warn all buyers to avoid this property as any amount given to them will never be returned.
