Can anyone give information on the Patel Smondo apartment project in Gachibowli in Hyderabad?
Q: I want to know if it is a good idea to take an apartment in Patel Smondo in gachbowli? I am about to take a house there and was wondering about the facilities provided there.

My comments to replies
They are going on postponing the completion date.My daughter has booked a flat in Dec2012.The sales person informed us that the project will be completed by 2015.Even the structure is not completed till date.Now they want us to execute a supplementary agreement stating that the project will be completed by 2019 June.The owners should form a group and fight together to get the things done
Hi, I am also booked flat in this venture, this guy are nonsense, now they are delaying the project for another 1 year, we need to form group and file case against this guy. Please share your number
