Q: Builder not responding and not even paying EMI

Hi Rohit, Yes, Primerose Ryne is an ongoing project and it will take one more year to finish the construction work. Construction work is not in progress. I had a word with the developer and as per them, the possession date will be June-July 2018.
Hi Rohit\Aakash, I am facing the same issue. I am also waiting for possession since 2 years. Previously they were saying that you will get it in Aug 2017 but it seems that now they dont have money to complete this project. My EMI is also scheduled to deduct from my account from next Jan 2018. I tried to reach them multiple times however unable to catch them. Even they are not receiving the call and responding on email too. Do we have any whatsapp or other social media group for the same to which i can join and contact all the flat buyers and can discuss next course of action. If not then please provide me buyers contact numbers and i'll create a new one. Thanks Atul Mo: 9910926655
