We desired an assurance of value, consistency and worth for money investing in Jains Inseli Park. At that time we know about Jain housing. Jain housing appeared to have the right mix of consistency, value and money .The construction quality is excellent. We are very joyful with our new flat. The layout and characteristic of the flat in Jains Inseli Park are outstanding.
We bought a flat in Jain Inseli park, there is no transparency from Jain housing in making the flat ready.When we call CRM we will hear switch off, since 20 days we are sending mails but no response. Due to this one of my friend dropped the idea to buy a flat from Jain Housing. Don't buy in Jain housing. Once you book apartment and make the payment they will torture customers. Sales person will be isolated and if you ask them anything they simply says contact CRM. If you contact CRM no response to calls and even if you send mails no replies to mail.
Initially they will say flat will be ready within 10 days and once you clear payments then no response to customers.
Q:
During booking time we were inform by Jains Housing that flat will be ready with 15 days from the date 10% payment clearance. Evan after 40 days also flat is not ready and full amount have been paid no response to mails and Phone calls from Jain Housing.

Send a legal notice to the builder asking him for the flat possession if you are not getting any positive response within 15 days file a suit in the consumer forum for the deficiency of service against the builder. I am sure builder will contact you within the day after receiving your mail.

Send him a legal notice. I am sure within 15 days, they will contact you with your flat possession. If you are not getting any response within 15 days then take the hard copy of the sent mail and file a suit in the consumer forum for delay possession as well as for deficiency in service by the builder. I am sure, you will get compensation for it.
