Are you planning to buy a 2BHK flat in Karol Bagh? What is your budget? I would like to suggest you, do your all due diligence before paying booking amount. Check all the legal approvals, check whether the project has got RERA approval or not, connectivity, approach road, transport system, basic amenities, and electricity and water facilities in the locality and then go for it.
