I have also invested in Shivraj Kalash in Phase-2, Kandivali West I visited last sunday it seems veey risk project. Hello Ganesh, I have also invested in this project in phase-1 and construction work is in the slow pace. I will advise you do your all due diligence and verify all the legal documents by a legal expert and then go for it. Project locality falls under slum area. IOD and CC are in place for phase-1 but not sure about phase-2.
