Absolutely. Have not seen such builders. Pros: I don't think there is any. cons: I can list down: 1 No OC provided after 3 yrs as well(Money taken) 2 No cauvery water(Money taken) 3 Most of the parking is having leakage problem. 4Worst plumbing in entire apartment(one of the example is we get solar water from normal tap. So, most of the time ppl checking water to save their ass to get burned).
