My 3 BHK at Dreams Complex, Near Bhandup Station is for sale just for 2.51 Cr. The Carpet areas is about 900 sq.ft. with all amenities, mall and multiplex is just out side complex, ICSE school just outside complex, Bus Stop just out side complex, Bhaji Market just out side complex but still calm place. 24 hours security, 24 hours water, 24 hours electricity etc. Please contact me if interested. You do not get 3 BHK 1215 salable area in any new project due to high loading. Dreams is a property with leakage. Be careful while buying flats there. I have been prey to this. Seller sold me the flat by well polishing all the walls and after 4 months the condition was terrible.. You can make out the situation of the tower from the basement... Leakages everywhere...
