Well, I can tell you that Shwas DualCore is located within the Shwas Aqua City Township. This billed is billed by the construction firm as the largest waterfront residential project in Cochin. So, in essence, most of the amenities that are available for Aqua City Township are available for the DualCore residential apartments as well. Some of the long list of facilities offered by the builders include jogging track, food court, open aquarium, gymnasium, clubhouse, Jacuzzi, ayurvdeic spa, and shopping complex. The location of this project remains top-notch in Aluvi, which is connected by water, road, and rail.
Are you joking, i am an unfortunate customer who booked a flat in Tetracore Aquacity and i paid 27 instalments out of 30 with an amount of Rs 23.75 Lakhs and they sent me e mail asking me to deposit another 7.5 lakhs for statutory and when i ask them for a primary proof of this 7.5 lakhs statutory they sent me a cancellation letter saying that 30% of my 27.5 lakhs will be deducted and they will sale this apartment to a new customer which i am going to question in civil/criminal and consumer court.
