Rachana Bella Casa Possession dates
Q: Hi All, What possession date builder has promised you? when I booked the flat in Jan 2012, he was talking of possession by Dec2013. Later he said it would be in march 2014. But in agreement he put the date as sept2014. Saying that they take buffer of 6 months.

The pace of work has increased and they said project should be handed over by March 2014. lets keep our fingers crossed
Hi Abhijit, I am thinking of buying a flat in Bella Casa, are the issues mentioned by you still present or they have been resolved ? And what about the water quality ?
