Hello Rohit, When is the possession date mentioned in your agreement? If it is a under-construction project, builder must has to register it with their respective RERA department. If not then they have to pay penalty for delay. And even if he is unable to complete the project within the said time period, they too have to pay 10% as interest from the time of promise date.
Hello All I am also a home buyer in Ryne Primrose. With me there are two other people who have register the flat in Ryne Primrose. I am also facing the same issue that the builder is neither giving the possession nor paying the EMI's and now, they even don't receive the calls. Please guys we need to come together to do a case against the builder so that necessary action can be taken against the builder. Please suggest. Shiv Kumar Mishra Mob 8826695425
