Should I book a flat in Lodha Upper Thane project?

Hi Khusboo, Are you planning to book a flat in Lodha Upper Thane, Anjurdive, Mumbai? What is your budget and BHK option? Upper Thane will be the best-emerging investment location in Thane. This locality is hosting world-class Schools, Hospitals, Malls, Commercial office spaces etc. It is easily accessible from Eastern Express Highway and very near to Thane Railway Station providing easy accessibility to the Central Suburbs. At Upper Thane Anjur you can be assured of your investment with good returns.
Don't give false information are you a agent /maketing person of Lodha ? its almost 14.5 km fro Thane Station. first of all its not in Thane it self its in Bhivandi which is really worst place. so Lodha want to earn crores in Bhvandi they should sell this flats more cheaper than Palava. they say its 15 minutes from Viviana Thane its almost 30 minutes in standard traffic.
