what is the difference between BBMP, BMRDA and BDA approved project?
Q: when the clients logged in for bank loans ,many used to face sibil problem with loan, is there any solution for this?

Hi, We saw a flat in electronic phase1 of Bangalore.It is a project which is about to complete by Dec2013.They said they have got the panchayat approval and no bda approval for the project.Can you let me know whether we can buy this apartment?They said if its not upto some desired sqft then we don't need bda approval is it correct?Will we encounter any problem after procurring the apartment?
No pls dont buy such flats. They need an BDA approval for Apartment construction. Please be wise while selecting a property, especially in bangalore.
