I definitely agree with you on this Thomas. Wagholi is an amazing location and it definitely helps that it is well-connected to all the prime locations of Pune such as Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park and Camp. Moreover, the outer ring road that was built recently connects it directly to Mundhwa, Hadapsar, Magarpatta and Kondhwa. In terms of availability of daily needs, it scores well there too. So basically if you own a home in Wagholi, you won't need to go far to take care of your daily needs or even weekend recreational activities. Phoenix Mall is great for shopping and dining and you can also cross the road and head over to PVR Cinemas in Inorbit Mall for a movie.
