Lots of work pending from builder end. Signing authority people are not responding to calls or mails. Its marketing manager was Pankaj Kumar Singh he is a fraudster. He will take you to show sun and moon. This year may be fooling other people in some other project. I am requesting all people in this forum to suggest what can be done if builder is not listening to flat owners and association.
