Last week i saw plots in Vindhane village, it near from Chirle and Ranjanpada. Seller of that plot have total 4 acre land, and saying that after registration your name will update on 7-12. He explained upcoming developments over their. But after reading blocks in this forum want to understand your experiences that is whether i need to buy or not, or what precautions need to consider etc.

Hi All, I hv registered plot for 1.2 gunta at Ranjangao. Registereation done at Uran Registrar office also.
AWaiting N.A. certificate very soon. If their docs are fraud, how I can get registration in my name. Not came across any cheating yet. Wl keep update once I got the N.A. certificate

Sarik i hv purchased 1 ghunta plot from them at 475000 out of which I paid 285000 n paid stamp duty 30000 in cash last year and now only my sale deed is pending duue to some problem from my end there is a delay in sale deed Mr Balchandra Pa

i have invested some money in vindane and i got my possession
it is almost 2 month i have got possession and gayatri construction & land developers is a good company they gave me possession in 2 month
