Rules of converting Agriculture Land into Non-agriculture Land
Q: Hi, Good news for those who has agriculture land and wanted to be convert into non-agriculture land. The move that could help in boosting the development in Maharashtra to help in conversion of agricultural lands in cities and townships into no agriculture land has been simplified in a state cabinet meeting.

My comments to replies
We have 450 Agricultural plots land which is around 12 kms from PCMC near Hinjewadi - 5 Kms from Hinjewadi Shivaji Chowk and around 65% of 450 plots are member of our society. Please guide use how to start Non Agricultural process, As well guide on PMRDA rules in our scenarios.
